Request for Proposals: InnovateMass Technical Consultant

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Technology Center is requesting proposals from consultants or professionals with significant expertise in clean energy technology demonstration and validation to serve as a technical consultant under the InnovateMass Program. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support to MassCEC by assisting with the review of applicant proposals and providing technical evaluation and project management oversight of demonstration projects awarded under the InnovateMass Program. MassCEC anticipates selecting one Technical Consultant with which to partner under the Program.  

The Technical Consultant chosen for the Program will have the potential to be annually contracted for up to three years depending on if its work is satisfactory.
