This Statement of Interest (“SOI”) is intended to proactively expand and diversify testing opportunities at the Wind Technology Testing Center (“WTTC”) by encouraging new and innovative blade testing activities. The SOI is particularly focused on the 2027–2028 timeframe, and seeks to leverage this period to advance testing protocols to enhance resilience, as well as explore alternative use cases, emerging technologies, and new market segments.
