MassCEC / Funding / Services / NBMCT Phase III Warehouse Renovation
MassCEC seeks proposals from qualified contractors for Contract No. MACEC-FY26-01, New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal: Phase 3 Warehouse Building Renovation (Site 2) for work at the NBMCT.
The scope of work includes building renovations including demolition, repairs, rehabilitation improvements, fire protection systems (fire alarm and sprinkler systems), electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, office buildout and exterior building envelope improvements (foundations, exterior closure, windows/doors and roofing). All work is expected to be performed in the fall of 2025 through spring of 2026, as subsequent terminal expansion projects will commence in spring of 2026.
