The Mission
Andros Innovations is retiring the 100-year-old Haber-Bosch process. We are building decentralized, low-pressure reactors to produce ammonia without the massive carbon footprint. We need a Business Intern who wants to make a meaningful impact at a real company. You will plug directly into the commercial team to hunt for customers, analyze market dynamics, and help secure the funding that fuels our growth.
The Role
This position stands at the intersection of Market Strategy, Operations, and Finance. You will work directly with the CEO and the commercial team to build the customer lists that drive our sales, research regulatory incentives, and model the economics of green ammonia production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence: Execute deep-dive research to identify pilot customers in the maritime, niche agriculture, and chemical distribution sectors.
- Grant & Policy Support: Assist in drafting narratives and gathering critical data for federal (DOE, NSF) and state grant applications.
- Economic Analysis: Refine internal "Techno-Economic" cost models by researching component costs, energy prices, and logistics rates.
- Operational Scaffolding: Assist with investor updates, pitch deck refinements, and the logistics of running a fast-moving hardware startup.
Requirements:
- Education: Currently enrolled in an MBA or a BS program (Business, Economics, or Engineering focus).
- Research Grit: You know how to find answers that aren't on the first page of Google and are comfortable reading technical white papers.
- Data Fluency: You are an Excel/Google Sheets power user who can build clean models and present data clearly.
- Communication: You can distill complex technical concepts into a clear, one-page business brief.
Bonus Points:
- Background in Chemical Engineering, Physics, or the Energy sector.
- Experience with financial modeling or venture capital diligence.
- Previous experience in a hardware startup or incubator environment.
Why Join Us?
- Work on a century-defining challenge to eliminate gigatons of CO2.
- Join a lean, high-caliber team where iteration cycles are measured in days, not quarters.
- Be at the forefront of the fundamental shift in how the world produces energy and food.
Join the team that makes it happen.
