Position overview
As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential customers in the building product sector.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, nurture relationships, and drive new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels.
- Initiate outreach via email, phone, and social media to introduce our solutions
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in Salesforce
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer success, preferably in SaaS or the building
- product industry
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills and writing skills
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to work
- autonomously
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and MS Office, and any sales engagement tools a plus
- Passion for sustainability and environmental practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
