Position overview
As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential customers in the building product sector.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, nurture relationships, and drive new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  •  Identify and research potential clients through various channels.
  •  Initiate outreach via email, phone, and social media to introduce our solutions
  •  Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  •  Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns
  •  Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in Salesforce

Qualifications

  •  Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer success, preferably in SaaS or the building
  • product industry
  •  Excellent phone and cold calling skills and writing skills
  •  Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to work
  • autonomously
  •  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  •  Proficiency in using Salesforce and MS Office, and any sales engagement tools a plus
  •  Passion for sustainability and environmental practices
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
