About Us
We’re an early-stage climate tech startup on a mission to solve one of the most critical challenges in the hydrogen economy: safe, scalable, and efficient transportation and storage. Our solution aims to unlock the potential of hydrogen as a clean energy carrier by making it cost-effective and practical to move and store. We're a small, fast-moving team combining technical innovation with systems thinking—and we’re looking for an ambitious intern to help us build the foundation of our business development efforts.
About the Role
As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with the founding team to help build and optimize our go-to-market strategy and fundraising efforts. You’ll wear multiple hats across business operations, internal systems, and customer-facing work. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone interested in climate, startups, and the hydrogen economy to contribute meaningfully from day one.
Key Responsibilities

🤝 Customer Discovery & Outreach: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers, partners, and stakeholders; support interviews and relationship tracking.

🗂️ CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain and organize our CRM database (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, or similar); help develop processes for tracking leads, investor outreach, and customer feedback.

🤖 AI & Internal Tools Integration: Work on defining and improving internal workflows using AI tools (e.g., for market analysis, contact prioritization, or document automation).

💸 Fundraising Support: Contribute to the preparation of fundraising materials (pitch decks, data rooms, investor lists), and help track and coordinate pre-seed fundraising outreach.

🛠️ Process Design & Execution: Help develop systems and templates for repeated business development tasks; contribute to operational playbooks.
What We’re Looking For

🌱 Passion for climate tech, hydrogen, energy systems, or early-stage innovation

✍️ Strong communication and organizational skills

🧰 Interest in or experience with CRM tools, productivity software, and AI tools (Notion, HubSpot, Airtable, ChatGPT, etc.)

⚡ Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, iterative work

🎓 Bonus: background or coursework in business, energy, environmental science, engineering, or data analytics
