Phius CPHC® Training Massachusetts Cohort

1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

This virtual training is intended for Architects and Engineers. CPHCs learn to design to the Phius Certification climate-specific building standard. Projects earning Phius certifications (Phius CORE, Phius ZERO and Phius REVIVE) follow RESNET QA/QC protocols and achieve excellent HERS scores, US Department of Energy Zero Energy Ready Home status, and adhere to EPA indoor airPLUS requirements.

This New England based cohort will be led by Prudence Ferreira of Thornton Tomasetti, and Chris West of Eco Houses VT.

The course has two phases: Phase I is comprised of about 50-60 hours of self-guided training materials and Phase II consists of eight 3-hour instructor-led training sessions across 2 weeks (May 14th - May 24th). Phase I materials must be completed before May 14th.

An Express Program grant application must be submitted by April 22nd and attendees must register for the course through BE+, not Phius, to receive the grant reimbursement.

Companies of all sizes are eligible for a 50% reimbursement for Phius or PHI accreditation trainings for up to two MA professionals per company per training.

Registration ends on March 31st, 2024.
