The Massachusetts Clean Energy Technology Center Board of Directors will hold a meeting at 10:00am on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 294 Washington Street, Suite 1150 Boston, MA 02108. • Approval of Meeting Minutes from the February 8, 2022 Meeting the Clean Energy Center Board of Directors
• Update from Chair Kathleen Theoharides and Interim CEO Jennifer Daloisio
• Corporate: Appointment of Treasurer; Signature Authority Approval for HR Manager and Controller
• Innovation: Authorization of Additional Funding for Technology Development Direct Support Programs for FY22 and Re-Authorization of all Technology Development Programs for FY23. 
• Clean Transportation: Authorization for ACT School Bus Program
• Buildings: Re-Authorization of Empower for FY23
• Buildings: Authorization for Networked Geothermal District Program
• Corporate: Q2 Budget Re-Forecast
