MassCEC Board of Directors Meeting

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Technology Center Board of Directors will hold a virtual meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2026.

To attend the meeting virtually, please request registration information from Michelle Beadle (mbeadle@masscec.com) or Dan Gates (dgates@masscec.com). In the event there are technical difficulties with the teleconference during the meeting, those who have registered will receive correspondence from MassCEC indicating alternative means of attending.

• Introduction and Call to Order
• Approval of Minutes from the March 26, 2026 Meeting of the Board of Directors
• Update from Chair Secretary Rebecca Tepper and CEO Ben Downing (No Deliberation)
• VOTE: Approval of Certification of Climatetech Companies for Tax Credit
