MassCEC Board of Directors Meeting

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Technology Center Board of Directors will hold a virtual meeting on Friday, February 27, 2026. 

The meeting will be available via Zoom -- to attend the meeting virtually, please request registration information from Michelle Beadle (mbeadle@masscec.com) or Dan Gates (dgates@masscec.com). In the event there are technical difficulties with Zoom during the meeting, those who have registered will receive correspondence from MassCEC indicating alternative means of attending.

This notice is provided pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Sections 18-25.

Topics expected to be discussed at the meeting include:

• Opening Remarks and Call to Order 
• Executive Session: Strategy Discussions / Contract Negotiations Regarding Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (Nonunion Personnel)
• VOTE: Termination of Interim Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer
• VOTE: Appointment of Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer
• VOTE: Authorization to Enter into Employment Agreement
