MassCEC Board of Directors Investments Committee Meeting

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Technology Center Board of Directors will hold an Investments Committee Meeting in the MassCEC office on Thursday, March 19, 2026. The meeting will also be available via Zoom -- please request registration information from Michelle Beadle (mbeadle@masscec.com) or Dan Gates (dgates@masscec.com) to attend virtually. In the event there are technical difficulties during the meeting, those who registered for the Zoom meeting will receive alternative options from MassCEC.

This notice is provided pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Sections 18-25.

Topics expected to be discussed at the meeting include:

• Approval of Minutes from the December 4, 2025 Meeting of the Investments Committee
• Executive Session to Discuss Trade Secrets, Commercial or Financial Information, or Competitive Position in a Particular Field of Endeavor Regarding Applicants (Discussion of 2030 Fund and Portfolio Companies)
