Eligibility Summary*

Your business is eligible for this incentive if:

  • Your account is in good standing with Holyoke Gas & Electric.
  • Your business property does not have any municipal tax liens.
  • You have a 6-12 month history of Holyoke Gas & Electric utility bills. If you are new to Holyoke, you must submit a letter of credit from your previous utility provider.

Reading Municipal Light Department

Serving the Towns of Reading, North Reading, Wilmington & Lynnfield
Up to $1,500 per Level 2 or Level 3 charging station (limit 15 charging stations per year).

Eligibility Summary*

Your business is eligible for this incentive if:

  • You provide (or authorize the EV charger manufacturer to provide) Reading Municipal Light Department with access to the charging data.
  • Your charger is installed by a licensed electrician.
  • You have a Reading Municipal Light Department authorization number.
  • Your charging site passes a town wiring inspection.
  • Your application and supporting documents are received within 180 days of the wiring inspection.

Westfield Gas & Electric Light Department

Serving the Town of Westfield
$500-$1,500 rebate for a smart Level 2 charging system.

Eligibility Summary*

Your business is eligible for this incentive if:

  • Your charging system is installed to a separate meter by a licensed electrician.
  • You allow Westfield Gas & Electric Light Department to put permanent co-marketing signage on the charging station and play promotional videos on the chargers’ display screens (if applicable).
  • You allow Westfield Gas & Electric Light Department to access session data for at least three years.
  • You allow Westfield Gas & Electric Light Department to advertise the charging system on its website for interested customers.
