Compensation Explanation
We are financially able to compensate interns. Interns are categorized as seasonal/non-exempt hourly employees. Chapman uses a third party HRIS/payroll system (Paycom) for payroll processing and tax reporting. Paychecks are directly deposited into a banking institution of the employees choice on a weekly basis.
