Request for Qualifications: Building Consultants

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) is seeking vendors to provide technical and programmatic support for its work on establishing pathways to decarbonize all buildings in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Technical and program support may be in the form of research to help inform future MassCEC programs or support for a current initiative. MassCEC seeks to pre-qualify professionals that can provide the services under the following focus areas:

  • Program Strategy and Development
  • Technical Expertise
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Trainings
  • Workforce Development
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • Marketing, Outreach, and Engagement

Note: This RFQ will pre-qualify eligible respondents to bid for scopes related to MassCEC’s building decarbonization work that are under $100,000. MassCEC intends to conduct stand alone request for proposals for any scope over $100,000.

All responses are due by February 19, 2021 at 5:00 PM
