MassCEC Board of Directors Meeting

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Technology Center Board of Directors will hold a Meeting in the MassCEC office on Tuesday, September 24, 2026 at 10:00 am. The meeting will also be available via teleconference-- please request registration information from Michelle Beadle (mbeadle@masscec.com) to attend virtually. In the event there are technical difficulties during the meeting, those who registered for the meeting will receive alternative options from MassCEC.

• Approval of Minutes from the August 27, 2026 Meeting of the Board of Directors
• Update from Chair and CEO (No Deliberation)
• VOTE: Authorization for Additional Funding for Accelerating Decarbonization Programming
• VOTE: Authorization for Climatetech Pathmaker Programming
• Executive Session to Consider the Purchase, Exchange, Lease, or Value of Real Property and Discuss Trade Secrets, Commercial or Financial Information, or Competitive Position in a Particular field or Endeavor Regarding Applicant for Assistance (Salem Offshore Wind Terminal Update).
