Mass Fleet Advisor provides free technical guidance for Massachusetts fleet electrification. The program now supports 2,800+ vehicles, with 30 fleets in Environmental Justice Communities.
By the end of FY2025, the program saw 83 participating fleets and 58 fully enrolled fleets, collectively operating over 2,800 vehicles. Key findings highlight that while cargo vans currently offer the most favorable total cost of ownership and availability, heavy-duty trucks still face challenges reaching cost parity due to high upfront capital costs.
Participant feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with fleet operators noting that the program’s detailed site assessments and cost-saving projections provided clarity they would otherwise lack the resources to obtain.
