You will work closely with the CEO to develop and execute the most critical strategic initiatives at the company.

Drive sales, partnerships, coordinate communications and projects to achieve high priority goals.

Sets and executes long-term business development strategy + revenue milestones.

Represents the company with customers, investors, and key partners in high-stakes, public, or strategic meetings.

Leads market expansion efforts, identifies new opportunities, and forges partnerships within the recycling and tech sectors.

Maintains a strong public presence as a confident speaker and networker at industry events, cultivating relationships with influential stakeholders.

Collaborates with engineering to translate customer needs into actionable product or service improvements.

Oversees all HR functions, ensuring alignment of hiring, onboarding, and policy with business goals.
You should be confident, a strong leader, a fast learner, hungry, collaborative, a clear communicator, humble, passionate, disciplined, and organized. Operator who delivers under pressure.
Prerequisites

Deep experience with public speaking/pitching (bonus points if you’ve led sales)

Prior experience leading teams (optional)

Comfort with managing high volumes of emails/communications and PR

Enjoys networking and has demonstrated leveraging connections.

Experience managing budgets and cashflow.
