MassCEC Board of Directors Meeting

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Technology Center Board of Directors will hold a meeting in the MassCEC office on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 10:00 am. The meeting will also be available via teleconference-- please request registration information from Michelle Beadle (mbeadle@masscec.com) to attend virtually. In the event there are technical difficulties during the meeting, those who registered for the meeting will receive alternative options from MassCEC.

• Approval of Minutes from the June 18, 2026 Meeting of the Board of Directors
• Update from Chair and CEO (No Deliberation)
• VOTE: Appointment of Assistant Board Secretary
• VOTE: Approval of Annual Transfer from Renewable Energy (RET) Trust Fund to Alternative and Clean Energy (ACE) Investment Trust Fund
• VOTE: Authorization for FY27 Budget
• UPDATE: Q1-Q3 FY26 Metrics
