The Investor Development Associate will play a key role on a small team focused on revolutionizing renewable energy investment, supporting the acquisition, development, and management of Sunwealth’s growing community of investors and partners.  This person will have significant exposure to the entire executive team with opportunities for additional growth and advancement.
 

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

 

  • Support investor development and acquisition
  • Support new market research and development opportunities, including tax equity and debt for individuals, family offices, wealth advisors, faith-based investors, intermediaries and corporations
  • Help develop and strengthen relationships with key partners and investor prospects
  • Coordinate and track investor pipeline from acquisition phase through closing
  • Perform financial analysis, due diligence and development tasks
  • Support the asset management of all aspects of investor development operation

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Quick learner with strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
  • Team player who recognizes learning opportunities and can flex to fill different roles in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Task master with high attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in investor development, fundraising, sales or project management preferred; experience in project finance/administration, business administration, asset management, contract administration, deal execution or other similar commercial roles a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple issues and clearly articulate outcomes, concerns and solutions with internal and external partners
  • Experience working with cross functional teams to achieve overall business objectives; finance and operations experience a plus
  • Proficient with all MS Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; Salesforce or CRM experience a plus
  • Desire to take on a key role in making an impact in the solar and impact investing ecosystem
