This is a part time, entry-level Administrative Assistant position. This is a great position for a college student looking to work 15-20 hours a week. The ideal candidate would be detail oriented, communicates effectively, has great time management skills and is experience in Microsoft products.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

Looking for a key and visible department individual who will be working directly with all employees and interfacing with customers. A primary task for the Assistant will support the shipping/receiving and automated testing of controller modules, and keep this process organized and effective. The candidate may be greeting guests, scheduling future appointments, answering incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service. The office assistant will also be responsible for ordering office supplies as well as keeping the office organized and neat. The Assistant is responsible for timely input of information within the sales information system as requested, answering and directing phone calls. The Administrative Assistant may be directly involved in billing and the collection of accounts as assigned by the General Manager. The Assistant is the secondary individual responsible for the timely collection of accounts receivable from all assigned payer sources, while following all Company policies and procedures to help the facility achieve their financial goals. The Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the General Manager-North America. The successful candidate must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.


Job Duties
·       Request purchase orders from customers regarding testing and disposal fees
·       Invoice purchase order using QuickBooks
·       Send out domestic and international shipments
·       Coordinate conferences
·       Order office supplies
·       Plan company events and trainings
·       Coordinate catering
·       Test Bachmann parts for customers
·       Order marketing material
·       Maintain appearance of office and kitchenette
·       Update and maintain files on server
·       Use Bachmann software and applications
·       Customer support
Provide pricing quotes to customer regarding purchasing parts



High School degree required. Some college coursework and preferably business experience and reliable and organized work ethic and ability to learn, and follow instructions and maintain detailed processes and information.
