HeatSmart Mass Installer Resources
As part of the HeatSmart Massachusetts program, MassCEC will issue an installer request for proposals (RFP) to the clean heating and cooling industry for the recently selected communities for the HeatSmart Massachusetts program. See the Active Requests for Proposals section below, for more details. Interested installers may also sign up for clean heating and cooling program email updates to be notified for when new requests are released.
All resulting clean heating and cooling projects contracted by Installers that are selected to participate in a community HeatSmart Mass program will be required to have meet MassCEC’s rebate program requirements for the relevant clean heating and cooling technology, linked below.
Code of Conduct
All installers who participate in the HeatSmart Mass program are bound by MassCEC's Code of Conduct.
Quality Assurance Process for MassCEC Programs
All installers who participate in the HeatSmart Mass program may be selected for inspection.
