In order to achieve our Green House Gas (GHG) emissions reduction goals, the focus on our built environment has been increasing as it represents around 40% of annual global GHG emissions. Of these emissions, building energy models tend to show that HVAC and domestic hot water systems represent around 75% of a building’s annual GHG emissions in Northern climates. The past decade has witnessed impressive technology developments to address these concerns in the HVAC industry.

Join one of North America’s largest independent HVAC manufacturer’s rep firm (HTS) and one of North America’s largest VRV/VRF manufacturer’s rep firms (DXS) for an 8-part educational seminar series to discuss the theory, the design, the advantages and the challenges of the latest technologies that can contribute to decarbonizing our built environment. Many of these involve converting fossil fuel-based systems to all-electric systems, combined with the continually improving emissions factor of our electrical grid, and the addition of on-site renewables. The companies' sales engineers will take you through a carefully crafted curriculum, involving: industry state-of-affairs, air and water source heat pumps, energy recovery, VRF, humidification and intelligent controls, with a closing module regarding retrofitting existing buildings.

Please join HTS and DXS on Wednesdays from 11 AM to 12 PM starting Wednesday, May 5th for this 8-week webinar series.
