Request for Proposals – Advancing Commonwealth Energy Storage Program

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) and the Department of Energy Resources (DOER) are seeking proposals from industry experts for energy storage demonstration projects as part of the Advancing Commonwealth Energy Storage program that pilot innovative, broadly replicable energy storage use cases/business models with multiple value streams in order to prime Massachusetts for increased commercialization and deployment of storage technologies. 

MassCEC anticipates making multiple awards, each up to $1.25 million. Applicants may be located outside of Massachusetts, but the demonstration host site(s) must be located in the state. 

Proposals must be submitted by email to by 4:00 PM EST on June 09, 2017 and must contain "ACES Program Application" in the email subject line.
