About the Company:

SourceOne is a highly-specialized, agile energy consulting practice that provides energy management, engineering, and owner’s representative services for commercial, industrial, and municipal energy concerns. Our core strength is our ability to evaluate a client’s energy procurement and consumption from a truly holistic point of view. We are constantly looking for innovations before the meter, at the meter, and after the meter. On any given day, we are brokering deals with energy suppliers, negotiating with local utility companies, assessing client energy infrastructure, providing submetering and tenant billing solutions, implementing client side energy efficiency or power generation solutions, and constantly on the lookout for new ways to solve today’s complex energy problems. While SourceOne has the culture of a nimble start-up, we also have the backing and security of our parent company, Veolia North America. This allows us to offer the benefits of a large multinational enterprise while maintaining an environment that is always attentive to both its clients and its employees. SourceOne’s staff of less than 200 employees is largely independent and self-managed within the Veolia organization.
