RevoluSun is a rapidly growing premium solar company looking for intelligent and tenacious individuals to help facilitate our expansion. There's a huge range of quality in solar, and we as a company do some of the best installations available on the market. We use the best panels on the market (SunPower and Panasonic), are one of only 3 partners with Tesla in MA (and the only one who currently sells Powerwall 2), and are the only company in MA that will not void homeowner's roof shingle warranties. We have an excellent product that, in the right hands, is easy to sell.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

We are currently interviewing for our Solar Outreach Specialist role. This is a unique opening for qualified candidates to enter the solar industry and grow professionally with a proven industry leader. You will be the first contact between RevoluSun and potential customers, and the impression you make will have an outsized impact on our customer's perception of us as a company. We pay $15/hr, plus generous compensation on commissions.

What we are looking for:

  • Smart, persistent, articulate, and engaging individuals who feel comfortable working in a retail environment to book customers for free solar assessments.
  • Experience in customer service, retail, sales, the solar energy industry, canvassing, or community organizing a plus.
  • Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work afternoons/evenings and some weekends.
  • Should be able to work at least 15-20 hours per week.
