The Workforce Development Fellow will be a part of the team working to develop and implement several new workforce programs, including Pathways Out of Poverty and the 2012 Clean Energy Industry Internship Program. The fellow will conduct research into workforce development models, best practices, metrics and evaluation of programs, and existing programs in other states and present the research to the team in the form of summary reports. Education: Upper-level undergraduate or graduate student.
Supervision: The fellow will work under the supervision of the Workforce Development Director at MassCEC.
