The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center is pleased to invite applications for Community Wind and Commercial Wind feasibility studies and related activities. This Feasibility Study Activities Solicitation includes the following Program Offerings:
Eligible entities may apply for any or all activities, subject to their development progress and entity type. Applicants are typically assisted by consultants who provide analysis and assistance in the application and grant process. This solicitation describes the general scope, grant levels, application process and payment process for each of these activities.
