Low Income Solar Thermal Program Evaluation Solicitation

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center is currently soliciting proposals for a consulting firm to conduct a program evaluation of MassCEC’s Low Income Solar Thermal Program. The goal of the program evaluation is to assess the overall efficiency, success, and site-specific and industry-wide impacts of the Low Income Solar Thermal Program. The consultant will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the types of projects that applied to and were selected for participation in the program, the process for installing solar thermal systems, and the performance data for systems installed under the program.
