Equity Workforce Planning and Capacity Grants Webinar

Equity Workforce Planning and Capacity Grants provide funding for planning needed to develop a program plan ready for implementation, capacity building (expanding staff, solidifying essential partnerships, developing content and curriculum design, etc.) to start or expand a clean energy equity workforce program, increasing additional participant support services for equity-focused workforce programs, and providing professional development to clean energy energy employers to increase equitable and inclusive hiring practices. In addition to direct funding, planning and capacity grantees receive technical assistance support from MassCEC to facilitate targeted networking, expanded partnerships, stronger program design, and effective practices for achieving outcomes.
